Strawberry Banana Mango Smoothie Recipe

This healthy homemade smoothie could be enjoyed either for breakfast or as a refreshing beverage. Use low fat or fat free yogurt. You may use orange juice instead of ice; add splenda for a sweeter recipe.

  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 1 mango (peeled and cubed)
  • 2 sliced bananas
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  1. Process in a blender.
