Easy Thai Sauté | Stir Fry Sauce
Thai style sauté with a tasty sauce, vegetables and tofu. Could be cooked using chicken breast, pork loin or cubed/sliced beef. You can add honey and ginger. Serve with rice or udon noodles.

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon ground peanuts
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 lb tofu, diced
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1 cup julienned carrots
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons ground coriander
- Heat oil, on high heat, in a large skillet and stir fry tofu on each side for 5 minutes then reserve.
- Sauté the vegetables for 5 minutes.
- Add the tofu and the rest of the ingredients and cook for 2 more minutes.
