Easy Thai Sauté | Stir Fry Sauce

Thai style sauté with a tasty sauce, vegetables and tofu. Could be cooked using chicken breast, pork loin or cubed/sliced beef. You can add honey and ginger. Serve with rice or udon noodles.

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon ground peanuts
  • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 lb tofu, diced
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 1 cup julienned carrots
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons ground coriander
  1. Heat oil, on high heat, in a large skillet and stir fry tofu on each side for 5 minutes then reserve.
  2. Sauté the vegetables for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the tofu and the rest of the ingredients and cook for 2 more minutes.
