Tomato Florentine Soup Recipe
An easy italian style tomato soup recipe. The mix of different spices gives a truly unique taste to this soup. Use fresh tomatoes instead of canned tomatoes for a tastier recipe. Add some lemon and clam juice or for a different taste.

- 2 (8 oz) diced tomatoes
- 2 (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 bunch fresh spinach, chopped
- 3 tablespoons italian seasoning
- Salt & Pepper
- In a large cooking pot, heat some olive oil and saute onion with garlic for a couple minutes over medium heat.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil.
- Simmer for 25-30 minutes.
