Tuna Egg Salad Recipe

A healthy and protein rich salad with hard boiled eggs & tuna. Use light mayonnaise for a low fat/low calorie salad recipe. This is a delicious filling for a ciabata or panini sandwich or a wrap.

  • 1 can flaked tuna, drained
  • 4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet relish
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  1. Mix the ingredients in a large salad bowl.
