Warm Pork Salad Recipe
A healthy warm salad made of pork tenderloin and apples. This is an easy and protein rich recipe that could be done with chicken breast or sliced beef. For a more tasty recipe use bbq pork loin.

- 1 pound cooked pork tenderloin, diced
- 2 cups romaine salad
- 2 apples, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup apple juice
- 3 tablespoons white wine
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon basil
- Salt & Pepper
- Mix the ingredients in a large salad bowl.
